Wine Country Wedding Photography: Audrey + Brandon at the Jack London State Historic Park

Audrey and Brandon imported me all the way from Portland, OR to Glen Ellen, CA to photograph their lovely vineyard wedding at Jack London State Historic Park last month.  I was so excited to be capturing my first (but hopefully not my last) California wedding, and I couldn’t have asked for a more heartfelt, beautiful one than theirs!  It was a whirlwind couple of days, with their rehearsal lunch and brewery tour and engagement session on Friday, and then a full day of wedding fun on Saturday, but with all these gorgeous photos of these lovely people, it was totally worth it!

Not only were the weather and the wedding venue absolutely beautiful, but there were so many thoughtful details and DIY touches to make the day truly unique and lovely:  from the pallet signs and travel-themed book decorations, to the bride’s lovely flower arrangements and the veil that her sister hand-sewed, you could see the love everywhere you looked.  And Audrey and Brandon were really great and easy-going about walking around the park to find just the right light and settings for their bride-and-groom portraits (I think it helped that we had just had a practice run during their engagement session the evening before.  This time, we stayed away from the rattlesnake!)  I really couldn’t have asked for more.  Congratulations, you two!
