Oregon Coast Wedding Photography - Johanna and Philippe at Barbey Maritime Center and The Loft at the Red Building

This was my first time photographing a wedding in Astoria, Oregon, despite it being so close to my home in Portland, Oregon. And what a beautiful day it was! I loved our first look in front of the iconic Astoria Bridge, the big windows during their lovely bilingual ceremony, and the gorgeous sunset at the outlook at the Astoria Column. The beautiful bridge was a great metaphor for Johanna and Philippe’s marriage - a bridge between her American family and his French family. It was great fun to spend the day with this lovely couple, and get to know their happy families!
