Santorini Wedding Photography - Haley + Dustin in Greece
Well, this post is different from my normal wedding photography posts in one very important way: I wasn’t the official wedding photographer! I traveled to Santorini, Greece last year for the wedding of my friends Haley and Dustin, and it was so amazing, I just had to share the photos. The images look really different (at least to me), because they’re taken with my travel camera (the compact and fantastic Fujifilm XT-30) rather than my usual professional gear. And the content is different too, since instead of making the rounds of all the wedding guests, most of these photos are of my lovely friends being goofy or pretending to be fashion models (inspired by the gorgeous vista and the fun little nooks of furniture set out by the venue). You’ll even catch a glimpse or two of me if you look carefully - a thing unheard-of on this blog.
The photos of the ceremony itself are all taken safely from my seat on the aisle - I was even careful not to lean too far out so I wouldn’t get in the way of the professional on the job (I tried my best not to be “that person.”) But man, the happy couple looked so gorgeous and excited and the surroundings were just the most stunning you could imagine - I just had to share. I hope you enjoy!
