Mt. Hood Wedding Photography: Kendra + Mero at the Silcox Hut

I am so excited to share Kendra + Mero’s beautiful Silcox Hut Wedding photography. It was such an amazing day, from climbing into the snowcat at Timberline Lodge and ascending Mt. Hood to this amazing little wood and stone hut, to braving the cold and blowing snow to take mountaintop photos of the bridal party, to the gorgeous ceremony and reception. I don’t get to photograph very many winter weddings as a Portland, Oregon wedding photographer (most of my clients prefer the predictability of the sunny summer months here), so it was amazing to get out in the snow with this intrepid couple. Add Timberline Lodge’s delicious food and lovely hospitality, lots of gorgeous details, and the love and affection of wonderful family and friends, and you get one amazing wedding day (or actually, two amazing wedding days, since their church ceremony earlier in the weekend was fantastic as well!)
