Melissa and Matthew are two Portland tattoo artists in love, they’re getting married this fall, and I get to shoot their wedding! How lucky am I? We had perfect weather for their engagement session while the Portland Rose Garden was in full bloom, for a gorgeous riot of color and golden light. It’s the stuff of wedding photographer dreams. I’m so looking forward to their wedding later this year. . .
I’ve been waiting SO LONG for this wedding and it’s finally almost here! I had a lovely afternoon in Washington Park with Brianna, Rob, and their sweet, old, very deaf dog (she looked at me once at the beginning of our shoot and then never again, but at least that shot was a cute one!). These two are such troopers through lots of rescheduling, and I can’t wait to finally get to photograph their wedding celebration this summer.
It’s pretty obvious that the global pandemic we’re all currently living through threw a wrench in the plans of a lot of couples this year. Some rescheduled, some downsized, some made different plans entirely. Sarvesh and Natalie were no exception - their big, cross-cultural wedding weekend became a small family affair in her parents’ living room. They already had these beautiful wedding clothes, though, so we decided to take some wedding portraits and make an album to commemorate the occasion. . .
